We're a small operation, so it's usually one of us replying rather than a support queue. Expect an answer within a working day or two.

Before you write

Every product page has a size guide in centimetres, with notes on how each measurement is taken. If you're between sizes, that's the quickest way to decide.

Some of our pieces are made to order, which adds a few days before dispatch. That's noted on the product page where it applies.
